DESKTOP LICENSE 

– This Desktop License grants you the right to install Arose on the number or computers which is specified by you in the order. These computers have to belong to the Licensee/Company which is specified in the order. This is a non-exclusive License to the Font Software.

– A copy of Arose may be sent as part of a file release to a pre-press bureau or printer if necessary. The fonts may also be embedded into files of the Portable Document Format (PDF), PostScript (PS), and Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) types. The fonts must not be embedded into any other format under this license. 

– You are not authorized to sublicense, sell, lend or lease Arose. Exception apply for the previous paragraph.

– Arose may be used to created printed documents, books, reviews, newspapers, posters, flyers, and more generally, as part of any literary and media publishing activity. Arose can also be used to create digital documents, intended to be printed or not.

– You may not, under any circumstances, adapt, modify, create additional versions/width/styles, modify existing characters, add characters, convert, or rename Arose.

– You may not open Arose in an editing software in order to reveal its structure, organization or code.

– All the users must ensure that the installed Arose is protected against any means of unauthorised access or against unauthorised use. Arose may not be installed or used on a server that can be accessed by Internet, by another external network system (other than LAN) or by workstations which are not part of a licensed unit.

– The end user of this License agrees to do its best to credit Celia Fernández González, in conformity with the Spanish Intellectual Property Code, and international conventions, by indicating the name of Arose Typeface, followed by “Celia Fernández González” and <@fg.celia>, in the colophon or any place where the design credits appear.

– From the moment the use of Arose is made in any way public by you, Celia Fernández González is entitled to use your company’s name, as well as images and videos of the font use, for marketing reasons only.
